- Finding a suitable tenant for the property and showing the property
- Negotiating with the tenant as per the directions of the owner
- Verification of the tenant
- Preparing and executing the rental agreement as per the new “Rental Agreement Act-2025”. (If required Digital Signatures can be used)
- Collecting the rent every month and depositing it in the owner’s account
- Inspection of the property at regular intervals and reporting the status to the owner.
- Carrying out minor repairs in the property.
- Carrying out any major repairs or modifications with the consent of the owner
- Taking over the property from the tenant while vacating and return of security deposit to the tenant.
- Carrying out cleaning and any minor repairs after vacating.
- Search for a new tenant, and negotiate with the new tenant as per the directions of the owner.
- Regular payment of Property tax.
- Tracking the housing loan if any and reporting to the owner.
- Providing the auditor services for the regular filing of income tax returns.
- Providing legal services on the requirement basis.
