Services to Owners


  • Finding a suitable tenant for the property and showing the property
  • Negotiating with the tenant as per the directions of the owner
  • Verification of the tenant
  • Preparing and executing the rental agreement as per the new “Rental Agreement Act-2025”. (If required Digital Signatures can be used)
  • Collecting the rent every month and depositing it in the owner’s account
  • Inspection of the property at regular intervals and reporting the status to the owner.
  • Carrying out minor repairs in the property.
  • Carrying out any major repairs or modifications with the consent of the owner
  • Taking over the property from the tenant while vacating and return of security deposit to the tenant.
  • Carrying out cleaning and any minor repairs after vacating.
  • Search for a new tenant, and negotiate with the new tenant as per the directions of the owner.
  • Regular payment of Property tax.
  • Tracking the housing loan if any and reporting to the owner.
  • Providing the auditor services for the regular filing of income tax returns.
  • Providing legal services on the requirement basis.
